How do these regional events differ from the prior Explore events?
This year we are bringing Explore to cities across the globe to ease the travel burden for our customers. Explore Regional Meetups are one-day networking, training and educational events and are free to Medrio customers and industry partners.
What is the cost to attend?
There is no registration fee for these one-day regional meetups.
Are hotel rooms available?
If you need lodging for this event, we have a limited number of rooms available to attendees at a discounted rate. Reserve your room here.
Where do I park for the event?
Guests driving to the Omni Parker House can pull up to the entrance on 60 School Street to valet their vehicle. Parking vouchers will be provided at the Explore registration table.
A shuttle will take our group to and from Fenway Park for the Red Sox game after the event.
Can I attend virtually?
These meetups are designed as in-person events and would not translate to a virtual or remote format.
Will meals be provided during the event?
The Explore schedule includes a luncheon and a networking reception where food and beverages will be offered. Please specify any dietary restrictions in your registration.
